Team workspace cap is tier-based
The cap on owned team workspaces is tier-based: 0 on Free, 1 on Solo, 5 on Team, unlimited on Enterprise. Your personal workspace does not count against this cap. If you pay for Team on one workspace, that gives you the Team cap (5) for all team workspaces you create — pick your best-tier subscription.
Per-workspace, not per-user
Tier is assigned per workspace, not per user. You can have a personal workspace on the free tier and a team workspace on the Team tier at the same time. Billing, BYOK keys, and monthly quotas are all workspace concerns — not user concerns.
What 'unlimited LLM calls' means
PromptAssay doesn't rate-limit LLM calls on Solo / Team / Enterprise — but your provider does. Your Anthropic / OpenAI / Google account has its own rate limits and spend caps. If you burn through provider quota, the next LLM call from PromptAssay returns the provider's 429 or 400 error directly.
