"hCaptcha verification failed"
Why the captcha might fail and how to retry without getting stuck in a loop.

hCaptcha runs on signup and forgot-password to slow bot traffic. Occasionally real users fail it for one of a handful of reasons.
| Cause | Fix |
|---|---|
| Browser extension blocking scripts | Disable ad blockers / script blockers on this site. |
| VPN or proxy with a reputation score | Disconnect and retry. |
| Corporate network interfering with hCaptcha's CDN | Try from a different network (mobile hotspot). |
| Expired challenge token (you took too long to submit) | Refresh the page and redo the challenge. |
| hCaptcha itself down | Check status.hcaptcha.com; retry when resolved. |
Stuck in a loop?
